Stress Relief & Mental Clarity

Infrared heat triggers a natural relaxation response that quiets the mind and melts away daily tension. Many users report a calmer mood and clearer head after consistent sessions.

Deep Muscle Recovery

Deep infrared warmth reaches muscle tissue and joints directly, supporting recovery after workouts or long days. Less soreness. More range of motion. Faster bounce-back.

Better Sleep Starting Tonight

A session before bed signals your body it's time to rest. Many infrared sauna owners report falling asleep faster and waking up feeling genuinely restored.

The Power of Pure Infrared

Built directly into this bundle, Far infrared (FIR) therapy supports skin rejuvenation, reduces inflammation, and promotes cellular recovery without any additional equipment.

Thinking About a Home Sauna?
Here's What to Know Before You Buy

From infrared technology and installation to benefits and pricing, these are the questions Syracuse homeowners ask most. We will help you find the right fit for your lifestyle, space, and wellness goals.

What is included in the Sauna Starter's Bundle?

The bundle includes built-in Far, Near and Mid Infrared (FIR, NIR, MIR) Technology with Chromotherapy LED Lighting, a fragrance holder with eucalyptus oil, a curved ergonomic backrest, and two premium seat covers. The $1500 in savings is only available when all components are purchased together.

What makes infrared saunas different from traditional saunas?

Infrared saunas use light-based heat that warms your body directly rather than heating the air around you. This allows for deeper muscle penetration at lower ambient temperatures, typically between 120 and 150 degrees, making sessions more comfortable while still delivering powerful therapeutic benefits

What is ultra-low EMF and why does it matter?

EMR stands for Electromagnetic Radiation and electromagnetic field, which are emitted by electronic devices including sauna heaters. The Sauna is engineered with ultra-low EMR output, meaning you can enjoy the full benefits of infrared heat with minimal electromagnetic exposure, an important consideration for daily wellness use.

What is Chromotherapy and what does it do?

Visible light therapy uses specific wavelengths of light to support circulation, skin health, calming and antibacterial , and promote balance and harmony. Built directly into this bundle, it works alongside your infrared session to deliver a more complete wellness experience without any additional equipment.

How is the sauna delivered and set up?

Our team handles delivery and setup so everything is ready to use before we leave. We will walk you through the controls, care routine, and accessories so you feel confident from your very first session.

How much does it cost to run an infrared sauna?

Infrared saunas are among the most energy-efficient sauna options available. The TYLO Kiruna 2 IR Sauna is designed for everyday use without significant impact on your utility bill, making it a practical choice for a daily wellness routine.

Is financing available?

Yes. The Sauna Starter's Bundle is available for as low as $95 per month with approved credit.
